3rd Annual Scrapbook for Charity Scrap-A-Thon
Everyone can help meet pratical needs in our city!

GraceAlaska uses proceeds from the Scrap-A-Thon to demonstrate God’s heart by meeting the practical needs of Alaskans.

The event primarily funds two exciting initiatives that help people:

dsk
 (DSK) – provides a full stomach and a hand up to the working poor and street people in Anchorage .  DSK serves roughly 90,000 meals annually.  A shower and laundry program is also available.
rw
 (RWA) – assists disadvantaged individuals and families by offering free and heavily discounted vehicle repairs.  RWA also accepts, refurbishes and bestows donated vehicles to those who qualify.

We change lives! All proceeds help Alaskans in need.

Scrappers ~ SOLD OUT! To be placed on waitlist, click here!

Support a Scrapper ~ God multiplies small amounts!  Sponsor a specific or anonymous Scrapper on a $ per hour basis.
  • A $1 per hour pledge will buy a single mom a tire changeover and lube, oil and filter change at RWA.
  • A $3 per hour pledge will feed a DSK client weekday lunches consisting of hot soup, sandwich, dessert and beverage for a whole month.
  • A $6 per hour pledge will allow the volunteer mechanics at RWA to replace the front brakes on a client vehicle.
  • A $13 per hour pledge will purchase the monthly supplies needed to operate the DSK.
